Shipping Policy
We are a start up brand and a very small family business. We only have very limited stock. With added popularity we will continue to add to our stock and produce new designs. If out of stock please send us an email and we will do our best to process your order as soon as possible. Our Garments are printed and embroidered off site so we ask for you to be as patient as possible.
At Resilience we believe in looking after the world we ride and exercise in. If local I will therefore try to cycle and deliver as many orders as possible. Beyond that we will dispatch your orders in bio degradable packaging within 3 working days via Royal Mail.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Resilience, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products, but we are well aware that sometimes things don't fit or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can easily return / exchange your goods. You have 14 days of receipt to return / exchange an item for a refund.
Any returned items must be unused, with its original packaging and labels attached. Unfortunately we are not able to refund the original postage paid or cover the postage for returning the garments to us. We are very sorry about this, but we're just too small a company to absorb these costs. We will of course do whatever we can to help if this is a problem. We are not responsible for returned items which are lost in transit.
